Members are invited to attend our September General Meeting .
We remind members that we are still required to comply with our COVID 19 management plan. Whilst the VCC clubrooms capacity remains at 74 persons, we still require members wishing to attend this meeting to register and to please check in upon arrival.
When you are registering, please make sure you get right through the process and you should get an automatic Confirmation email back from the club.
Once the capacity of the venue is reached, registrations will be suspended and applicants will be able to go onto a "wait list". Should a cancellation occur , the first in line on the wait list will be registered to attend.
In fairness to your fellow members, we ask that if circumstances prevent you from attending after you have registered please cancel your registration in your Profile - My Event Registrations in Wild Apricot or send an email to:

Precautions in accordance with our approved approved COVID 19 Safety Management Plan will be in place.
Critically - If you are unwell or displaying ANY flu like symptoms, we ask you to NOT attend the meeting.
Unregistered members will not be permitted to access the Clubrooms on the meeting night.
