VCCC Annual General Meeting 2021

Members are invited to attend the Club's 2021 Annual General and Regular Monthly meetings to be held on Thursday 22nd July commencing at 7.30pm.

As this is the AGM there will be no guest speaker this month. 

To assist with post meeting catering and to establish our record of attendance, we ask that you promptly register to attend. 

In fairness to your fellow members, we ask that if circumstances prevent you from attending after you have registered please cancel your registration in your Profile - My Event Registrations in Wild Apricot or send an email to:

admin@veterancarclubofwa.asn.au 

Precautions in accordance with our approved approved Covid Safety Management Plan remain in place. 

Critically - If you are unwell or displaying ANY flu like symptoms, we ask you to NOT attend the meeting.   

A limit of one "guest" will be permitted to register with the registered member to permit the maximum number of voting members to attend. 

As outlined in notice of meeting in July Early Auto several matters of business  will be voted upon. These items are outlines in detail in the link below.

To permit those unable to attend the meeting in person to participate, an on line poll will we made available to members on Thursday 15th July and will close at the commencement of the AGM.
