Albany & Districts - AGM & Monthly Meeting

The monthly general meeting and the annual general meeting will be held at the club rooms on Sunday June 15 starting with lunch from 12 noon.  Lunch comprising sausage in a bun will be provided.  You are more than welcome to bring a share plate.  We need to know numbers so please register on-line by May 16 to assist with catering.  Alternatively, contact Julie by text on 0427 059 126 by Friday June 13 with numbers.  If the menu doesn't suit, then it's BYO.

Please note registration is also required if you are using a club registered vehicle hence the inclusion of the Assumption of Risk component.

Nominations for office bearers for the coming year are open and will be accepted up to the start of the AGM.   Positions available include Chairman, vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer.  Nominations have been received to date for some of these roles.  In the event of multiple nominees, a vote by members present at the meeting will decide the successful candidate.  Other operational positions will also be confirmed at the AGM.
