C4C Vehicle Licensing

A specific question, if I may...if a vehicle that is currently on full license and transferred onto C4C, is a full inspection required if that same vehicle is transferred back to full license at some time in the future?  There is no change in vehicle ownership and the vehicle remains unmodified from its existing full license status.  Is stamp duty payable for the transfer from C4C to full license given that it has already been paid once by the same owner?

    Hi Graham

as I understand it, because the vehicle has been on full registration, and previously inspected by DOT, it can be transferred back to full registration after being on C4C. I think that as you are not selling or transferring the ownership that there will probably not be any stamp duty payable, but to be sure you should check this with the DOT.
