  Get ready to shine at the Curtin Car Show, the Veteran Car Club of WA’s flagship event of the year! This is your opportunity to be part of something truly special,  a celebration of motoring history that brings together enthusiasts from across the state.

  

  New Venue, New Excitement!

  This year, we’re thrilled to announce a brand-new location: the vibrant Curtin University Grounds, right in front of Curtin FM 100.1 Radio Station. After a memorable final show at Trinity College last year, we’re shifting gears and stepping into an exciting new chapter.

  

  Showcase Your Pride and Joy

  Let’s put our incredible collection of vehicles on display and captivate the crowd with the beauty and legacy of motoring excellence. This is a club-wide celebration, and we encourage participation from every branch and section. Your presence makes all the difference!

  Due to space constraints, this year’s event is capped at 700 vehicles. Demand is already high, and spots are filling quickly. Rest assured; the organisers are committed to prioritising our members – but early registration is essential.

  

  The event is FREE to all VCCC members & their families providing they remember to wear their Club badge on the day.

  Every member who displays their Club vehicle will go into the draw to win a $100 Fuel Voucher. Winner to be announced following the event.

  York Motoring Events Inc has invited the VCCCWA to participate in the York Motor Show to be held Sunday 5th October 2025. 

  This year the event organisers have changed the location for the Motor Show, which now involves Avon Terrace, Howick Street & Peace Park.

  The event is open to the public from 9am to 3pm, with trophy presentations around 1:30pm.  Road closures will be in place between 6am - 4pm.

  Registrations are now open for vehicle entrants. To satisfy your concessional licensing obligations, please register to attend the event using the registration button at the top of this email.  

  To assist the organisers, they have requested people intending to display vehicles to also pre-register using their entry form available via this link.

  The Form should be submitted directly to the organisers in accordance with the instructions on their form, prior to midnight Friday 3rd October 2025. 

  Any registrations on the day of the show close at 10:30am and need to be in person at the information desk.   Those who wish to still exhibit their pride & joy and miss the entry cut offs are still able to attend, however will be ineligible for judging and trophies.

  An invitation to a Vintage Section members shed collection.

  Where, meeting at Hale Road club rooms at 9.00am for a 9.30am start. We will be taking a leisurely drive to view a collection of cars at a members property.

  Morning tea and a sausage sizzle lunch will be provided by the vintage section and the hosts for the attendees.

• French Car Festival

  An invitation has been received from the Peugeot Car Club of WA for French vehicles to join them in their annual French Car Festival.  Anyone with an eligible vehicle can take part however as this is not a club-organised event and if your vehicle is concessionally licenced you will need to obtain an Impromptu Run permit (from the VCCC website).  If your vehicle is on full licence a permit is not required.  They are hoping to get as many veteran, vintage and classic French vehicles as possible to attend and advise that any French vehicle in whatever the condition is most welcome.

  MANJIMUP CHERRY FESTIVAL SATURDAY 13 DECEMBER 2025

  Depart on Friday 12 December run to Manjimup for the Cherry Festival.  For folk leaving from Perth I suggest we meet at Pioneer Village at 7.30am to depart at 8.00am sharp- then onto Pinjarra train station for a quick comfort stop.  We then continue onto Collie VCCC Clubrooms for morning tea. After morning tea onto Boyup Brook to the Bert Hayes Museum and then onto lunch. 

  Saturday 13 December the organisers have requested us to take our Vehicles up to the Imperial Oval.  It is at the end of Brockman St straight up the hill from Post Office, cross over Moore St into Oval by 9.00am prior to Grand Parade starting through the town at 9.55am.  We will then park our cars in the Main Street which wil be closed to others until 4.00pm.

  Sunday 14 December - travel home.
